Every Young Person Deserves a Place Where They Belong.
Frontline Friends was created for neurodivergent teens and young adults who often feel left out, overlooked, or misunderstood — not because they lack ability, but because they’ve never been given the right environment to shine.
Here, they’re seen.
Here, they’re understood.
Here… they find their people.
Meet the Founder: A Vision Fueled by Lived Experience.
Frontline Friends began with one simple truth: connection changes lives. Built by someone who has seen the challenges, gaps, and emotional weight carried by neurodivergent young people and their families, the mission became clear — create a community where support feels natural, friendships feel possible, and social growth feels safe.
Through years of navigating youth work, gaming communities, and real-life support systems, the founder experienced firsthand how gaming can unlock expression, communication, and connection.
Frontline Friends is the answer to a need families have felt for far too long.
Our Mission: Empower Confidence, Connection & Community.
We help neurodivergent teens and young adults learn to communicate, build friendships, express themselves, and engage with the world — in a space designed entirely around their comfort and growth.
Frontline Friends is more than a program.
It’s a bridge between who they are… and who they’re becoming.
How It All Started: From Small Sessions to a Movement.
What began as a small group of young people connecting through structured gaming quickly revealed something powerful — when the environment is safe, supportive, and inclusive, participants open up in ways traditional settings never allowed.
Parents noticed it.
Support coordinators noticed it.
Most importantly… the young people felt it.
The transformation was real — confidence, communication, independence, and genuine friendships.
That’s when Frontline Friends evolved from an idea into a growing community.
